Utopia Golf Course is tucked away in the scenic Sabinal Canyon. It is a popular nine-hole course in an idyllic location that served as the inspiration for a book, which then became the movie "Seven Days in Utopia," starring Robert Duvall. In the film, the course is where the main character discovers his game. The scenic Hill Country views that you'll enjoy throughout the golf course were the film's backdrop.
Chef Laurel Waters has quite the culinary pedigree, having earned Le Grand Diplome in Cuisine, Pastry and Wine from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. From there she went on to work at three of the finest restaurants in Provence: Le Moulin de Lourmarin for Chef Edouard Loubet (two Michelin stars), L'Oustau de Baumaniere for Jean-Andre Charial (two Michelin stars) and La Bastide de Moustiers (Alain Ducasse's Provencal Farmhouse).
